FAQ

  • A brief description, whether it's an original work, details about necessary rights, and whether you have permissions from professional associations.

  • Yes, there will be several shows sharing the same venue with back-to-back performances. There's a 15-minute setup and takedown time, limited indoor storage, and some restrictions on lighting and sound.

  • Shows cannot exceed 60 minutes.

  • At least 51% of the group must be Indigenous.

  • It's the responsibility of applicants to secure all rights, pay all royalties, obtain necessary permissions, and adhere to the laws of Canada, the Province of Ontario, and the City of Peterborough.

  • Yes, by applying, you grant NIFF permission to use photographs for various communications related to the festival.
